If you landed here it means one of the Resources requested by was not downloaded Ok.
There can be lots of reasons why this happened.
Most frequently they fall into:
1. Resource is down (try to open the same URL in a different Browser).
You can do the following:
- Jsut wait for the resource to be up.
2. PD fails to download the exact web page (some resources do not allow Internet Explorer core).
Usually marked as RDF = [Resource Download Failed] in Originality Reports.
RDF usually is followed by a detailed error description :: "Unable to connect to the remote server"
You can do the following:
1. Check if TLS 1.2/1.1 works OK in your Windows:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/3140245/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-a-default-secure-protocols-in (https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/3140245/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-a-default-secure-protocols-in)
