One PDAS server install: the on-premise database that your Plagiarism Detector seats check their documents against. The plan sets how many documents that corpus holds. Everything else is the same in every plan.
Can I move to another plan later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you need to. Your indexed documents stay where they are - on your own server - so changing plan never costs you the corpus you have built.
What happens when my subscription ends?
PDAS stops answering checks, but nothing is deleted. The corpus and its index stay on your own hardware, and start answering again as soon as you renew.
Do I need a Plagiarism Detector license as well?
Yes. PDAS is an add-on to licensed Plagiarism Detector seats - Personal, Pro or Portable. Install Plagiarism Detector on the server PC first: the PDAS installer takes its identity from it and stops without it.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Both buy exactly the same thing. Yearly costs the equivalent of ten months, so it is two months cheaper over a year; monthly is the shorter commitment. You can switch at renewal.
